Background
ABTA – the Association of British Travel Agents – is the organisation which represents UK travel agents and tour operators responsible for the sale of around over 90% of package holidays and approximately 45% of independent travel arrangements.

IT Requirement
Being asked to provide personal computers to replace typewriters was not unusual back in 1994. ABTA made such a request and with this installation of a five user workgroup, a partnership was born. Over twelve years have since passed and Compwise are still proud to provide ABTA with IT support services.

IT Solution
A lot has changed over the years. Numerous installations, repairs and upgrades have been successfully performed. We have worked through multiple version upgrades and back in 1997 moved the entire operation to the current address. We would like to think that we are still saying the same twelve years from now and work hard to maintain a high level of service to ensure this is the case.
